If you see this error, it means that you are trying to go over the allocated quota that you currently have on your account, i.e. you are going over the request limit.


Solving this error:

  • You should have already received an email, explaining you the particular limit that you have hit along with the steps to fix it. 
  • Alternatively, you can visit the '/notifications' page when you are logged into your Ably account's dashboard page to see which limit you have hit. Following that, you can simply go to the 'Billing and upgrades' section from the dropdown menu and upgrade your package according to your needs.
